Today the Minister of Finance will be delivering his Budget Speech,for the year ahead,we looking foward to hear the improvements and the limitations he has to bring about,but for tax payers its another story as there'll be no cuts in that area whatsoever......Today 22 Feb.2012 in Parliament @ 13H00.
